This is a challenging steeple chase run which covers 5 miles (country miles, 8.5km) of cross-country terrain climbing up and over the Chevin. The route this year will use footpaths to avoid most of Hazelwood Road. The race starts from Duffield Meadows Primary School, Park Road, Duffield DE56 4GT, at 7pm. Sign in from 6pm. The run is popular with people of all ages, from primary school to the over 70s, fun and park runners through to athletics clubs and harriers.

Sign in and collect your race number from 6pm, race starts at 7pm.
Dogs are not allowed on the school premises (race start/finish)

Register via TICKETSOURCE, from 1st May. Online entry fee for all runners: £4, plus booking fee.
(Online registration closes at midnight on Wednesday 17th June)
There will be a limited number of entries available on the day for £5.

All runners participate at their own risk. Primary age children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
The course is unsuitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
Dogs are not allowed on the school premises.
There will be one water station approximately half way through the course.
Please note that roads are open to traffic and runners must obey the instructions of the race marshals.
Note there is no parking at the school and walking or cycling to the start is encouraged.
