There is a beautiful babbling stream that runs through Shining Cliff Woods and we will be basing this full day session around the water.

The day will include stream dipping, identification, making reed boats, following the stream as we explore, water based challenges and games. There will be lunch around a camp fire. (Please bring packed lunch, but hot chocolate and toasted marshmallows will be included.) The afternoon will include a water themed Relax Kids session, led by a licenced Relax Kids coach. These sessions begin with high energy movement and games, followed by calming yoga stretches, then a guided self or peer massage (on backs).

Then positive affirmations and a calming relaxation story to finish. You can find out more about Relax Kids at www.relaxkids.com The day will be full of fun and is suitable for 5-12 year olds. The session leaders are Kate and Bonnie. They are both experienced and qualified Forest school leaders and have all of the relevant risk assessments, polices and procedures in place. Tickets are £26 per child. If booking an additional child they get the reduced price of £20. First child must be booked at full price.
